1. Acceptance
By using ClashScout you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. Description of service
ClashScout is a third-party Clash of Clans clan recruitment and discovery platform. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Supercell Oy. Clash of Clans is a trademark of Supercell Oy.
3. Accounts
- You must be at least 13 years old to create an account.
- You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
- You may not create accounts for others or use another person's account.
- You may not use automated means to create accounts or access the service.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Post false, misleading, or defamatory content including fake clan reviews.
- Harass, impersonate, or harm other users.
- Scrape, crawl, or automatically extract data from ClashScout.
- Attempt to circumvent rate limits, authentication, or security measures.
- Use the service for any unlawful purpose.
5. User content
By submitting reviews, messages, or other content, you grant ClashScout a non-exclusive, worldwide licence to display that content on the platform. You retain ownership of your content. We may remove content that violates these terms without notice.
6. Clash of Clans API
ClashScout uses the official Clash of Clans API provided by Supercell. Clan and player data is sourced from this API and is subject to Supercell's Fan Content Policy. We make no warranty that this data is accurate or up to date.
7. Disclaimers
ClashScout is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee uptime or the accuracy of any clan or player data. We are not responsible for any disputes between players and clan leaders.
8. Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time from your dashboard.
9. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of ClashScout after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
